At Tucker Road Bentleigh Primary School, we aspire for our children to grow and develop into young people, who are confident, know themselves and others, value family and community. This is grounded in our school values and beliefs, learning and teaching practices, reflected in the curriculum and the way our school is structured.
We provide challenging activities that stimulate the children’s curiosity, passion and creativity. They are encouraged and supported to collaborate, problem solve, interpret and analyse information to communicate their ideas and views in a variety of ways which moves learning from knowledge to application and transference. We nurture our children to develop the academic, social and emotional skills and global competences in critical thinking and digital learning as they become citizens who are able to successfully contribute to their community and beyond.
TRBPS has extensive grounds and modern facilities that are regularly utilised by the greater local community. We are known as a community school with a strong sense of belonging and connectedness, where everyone works together to improve learning and teaching for our students.
